This year (2016-17) marks the third year of our new teacher evaluation system, designed by Robert Marzano. The Marzano Teacher Evaluation System was one of the evaluations recommended by the Michigan Council of Educator Effectiveness and is heavily supported by research in the field of teaching and learning. We are excited about the continued implementation of the Marzano model.
